Hello,

You have history of fibromyalgia. Presently you are experiencing back pain & leg pain. It can be sciatica or spinal problems like spinal stenosis, slipped discs, etc.

Since you are having redness on your feet, you may be suffering from OA or RA. For neck pain you can do stretch exercises under a physiotherapist.

You can take pain relieving medicines & muscle relaxants to ease discomfort. Warm compress may be helpful, keep your legs elevated on a stool when sitting or on a pillow when on bed.

Do not over strain yourself, stay away from addictions if any. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP, get required blood tests, urinalysis & imaging tests done to detect the pathology causing you discomfort. You will be treated accordingly.

Hope I have answered your queries. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
