Suggest Treatment For Severe Back Pains

i have been living ,with desabling pains in my back and all over .since i nearly died of diabetic-type 2 .and it was like 13 years ago.i cannot walk no,re stand up more then 2 to 5 minutes at the times ,i have disc degerate deasses and periphal neuropathy.in my back and feets legs etc.plus a long time injurie in my hip .i am geting very depress i don,t have a life at all i cannot evend hold a spoon at time to eat for my hands ,bones hurts to much .i am so much needs of help i want to have a lilte qualaty of life ,but my doctor don,t seem to get everry thing i have is forgeting i am diabetic even ?i need to try marijuana where and can i get some one to priscrbe some for me so rather died then live this way its pure hell .
