Suggest Treatment For Severe Blood Clots And PCOS

I have recently been prescribed mycrogynon contraceptive pill to help regulate my periods and treat my recently diagnosed pcos, i am awake early hours and got bad cramps in my stomach, i only started taking the pill today as its the first day of my cycle. I usually sleep fine and am worried as the last pill i took i ended up with severe blood clots coming out of me which put me in hospital.. It was a progestrogene (sorry about spelling) only pill then , but now my period is getting heavier and i am a lot hotter than normal.. is this to be expected on taking a new pill with my condition?
