Suggest Treatment For Severe Body Itching And Eczema
I have eczema and when I have an outbreak, every pore of my body itches. I used to take Hydroxyzine HCL 10 mg but my health insurance did not have it so I was looking for an alternative. I used the webmd to search for options and checked availability with my current insurance and came up with some options. I just checked the first option on the list methylprednisolone but the side effects are scary. As per your query about treatment for eczema other than hydroxyzine HCL, there are other anti histaminic drugs like diphenahydramine but it should be strongly taken under supervision of a physician .The causes of eczema are many like dry and sensitive skin, frequent infection , autoimmune reactions. Always keep your body moisturized by coconut oil. Use of steroidal anti inflammatory ointment will be beneficial. Stay away from dust pollution and pollens. Avoid non vegetarian diet. There may be need to take antibiotics and steroids after consulting a physician or a dermatologist.
