Suggest Treatment For Severe Bruising Of The Arm From An Injury
MY DOG PULLED ME A FOOT INTHE AIR WHILST WALKING HER SHE GOT SCARED SHE WEIGHS 90 KILOS MY WHOLE TOP ARM IS BADLY BRUISED THEY SAID I FRACTURED IT AND HAVE TORN THE MUSCLE OF THE BONE CAN YOU TELL ME THE BEST WAY TO HEEL IT AND HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE AS IT IS VERY PAINFUL
Bruising is suggestive of hematoma formation. Hematoma is formed due to collection of blood in soft tissues after trauma or injury. In addition, there is an underlying fracture and muscle tear also. Fracture can be managed by immobilization and application of cast. Muscle tear can be treated by rest and immobilization. Pain killers are required to relieve the pain.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
