Suggest Treatment For Severe Bunion On The Left Foot

I have a severe bunion on my left foot. Lots of complications from it, just a long story as to why I ve not yet had the chevron bunionectomy. Now I think I have a torn tendon on the top of my left foot, just above the 3rd and 4th toes. Felt the injury occur just as I was simply changing shoes. Can a severe bunion really make this much of an impact......??

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Wear roomy, comfortable shoes that provide plenty of space for your toes. Use over-the-counter, nonmedicated bunion pads. Applying ice. Use an over-the-counter medication such as Ibuprofen.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
