Suggest Treatment For Severe Chest Pain Along With Stiffness On Shoulders And Neck

I am extremely frustrated as I have been unable to receive a diagnosis. I have been unwell for 2 years now. This all began with a 9 day hospitalization after intense, sudden onset chest pain. My SED rate in the hospital was 68. Since the hospitalization,, I have constant chesty discomfort. My shoulders, lower back and neck are stiff. If I sit too long, I freeze up and then have difficulty standing and walking. I have had no response to Humira or Enbrel.

Hello,

I should have asked you some questions:
1. Is there any headache and if yes, how is it: like a pinprick, dull, one side or both?
2. Is there any pain around the eyes?
3. At what time of day, the pain occurs or it is present always?

I would suggest some diagnostic tests:
1. MRI of the neck and back
2. Complete Blood Tests including Rheumatic Factor and Anti Citrullinated antibodies
3. ECG
4. Chest X-Ray

I would also like to give some medications:
1. For pain: Ibuprofen 300 mg as when needed. Not more than 4 such doses.
2. Hot compress in the area of stiffness.
3. Do some exercise (light) like stretching, for 10 minutes everyday
4. Eat a healthy diet
