Suggest Treatment For Severe Chest Pain And Extreme Tiredness

Hi my name is Michelle. My long term Gp retired in July , I have seen one Gp since. I have a psychiatrist who is great for ADD as well, I have gitelmans which I treat with spiractalone and slow k. Iron is fine but can be very low so I supplement , potassium stable now at 3.3 did go low chronically low to 2.3. I had seizures chest pain and extreme tiredness then. But it is fine now! Since mid July my blood tests showed ser above 130 and crp above 120 , my psychiatrists did a test and it was the same, my go or the one I recently seen did one and I haven t been back to her because she cancelled me on a day I could barely walk for a new patient. I got cranky and didn t rebook! They do send messages to return but I haven t yet as I am struggling to do my days and get anywhere . Other symptoms- I have a small fungal rashb2cm x2 treated with cortico steroid cream Swollen breasts with increases veins size and appearance more noticeable Swollen right lymph node not sore but general right side movement can feel sore sometimes but not much Swollen feet that go purple and red more On one side than the other . Right side more. Not relieved with diuretics . I can t take Lasith but I did one day just to see if it eased it and it didn t not one bit. A slight blotchy red purple Ras looking up the chin about halfway to three quarters then stops I have had blackouts where I fall knock my head or cause others injuries I did not sleep much but I sleep more now and they occur mainly when I am tired so mostly afternoon and evening sometimes morning. I don t remember sleeping and I sleep with no notice , I describe them as blackout sleeps. I don t wake and when I do I am extremely weak, my knees hurt to Bend I sometimes feel like I can t speak. It takes me a long time to get started. I have a pain mid right lateral side of the back its different like a permanent quiver or vibration not tremble or spasm. I can feel a lump there slightly . It has been like that for five months now I no longer get a period yet even skipping sugar pills and continuing the pill my period would come religiously every four weeks now none at all. I am extremely fatigued , all weird diseases the doctor tested for were negative and except for the above all was normal. Iron and calcium and magnesium I am often low so supplements help keep them stable oh the same with vitamin d. Never have I felt like this . The doctor won t look at my legs she said that the dexamphetamine would do it so she didn t look. I take 60mg daily and have so for two years it has never occurred before now. I am extremely tired so tired I feel like I am ninety , my weakness even worse than extreme and worse than when my potassium was low. I am falling asleep now typing. Last year I did a post grad and worked I received distinctions and high distinctions. This year I had to defer as I can t stay awake. I sleep every night with no warning. I am not depressed My breasts do feel full like breast feeding but not quite. What do you think? I have to have a mammogram ultrasound and Mri but I get so weak I don t go, because I get to work then that is all I can manage my mum won t help she is selfish so there is just me
