Hello, Chest pain at night can be due to anxiety or might be also from prizmental angina which is a kind of chest pain from spasms in the blood vessels of the heart especially at night and especially in anxious patients. All the tests come out normal in this case. You might talk this with your doctor and consider taking calcium channel blockers (like amlodipine) which are generally given in this case. Sometimes the spasms of the esophagus especially due to chronic acid reflux or sometimes without a specific cause can cause pain that might be at night as well and calcium channel blockers are found to help with esophageal spasms as well.
