Suggest Treatment For Severe Chest Pain With Coughing

I have had long history of sinus s. Recently found nutunes on thyroid.I cough like crazy.on a antibiotic now for sinus infection.but I hurt in my chest when I breath in..I am worried this infection has gone in my lungs and limp.notices.they did a biopsy . Came back and said they didn t get enough ,tho they used a big nettle. Doc said.I feel so sick.in my thyroid and chest. It s all I can do to.be able to.go. can t stand to.be in Sun,heat. Please tell what you think. Mrs pfister.

Presence of lump in neck needs to be investigated with the help of fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC). FNAC is an office procedure wherein cells are aspirated from the selling, stained and viewed under microscope. This will determine the probable origin and nature of the swelling.
