Suggest Treatment For Severe Chest Pain

My son age 24 went to emergency room with chest (upper abdomen) pain. After an EGG and some blood work, they said the EKG was abnormal and something about muscle on the heart. He has an apt to see a cardiologist on Friday. WHat does muscle on the heart mean?

as our body has muscles ,heart also has muscles which helps in the pumping action of the heart, these are involuntary striated muscles.so as ekg is abnormal and something is wrong with the heart muscles means there can be hypertrophy ,that means increased size of muscles that leads to increase size of the heart and that leads to ineffective pumping.
