Suggest Treatment For Severe Chronic Lung Disease

hello,
my son was born at 26 weeks and just yesterday turned 4 months (1 month corrected age) he is still in the hospital currently on high flow at 3 liters is this normal to be in for so long originally we were quoted till he was term at the longest but its now a month sense then and we are starting to worry and considering getting a second opinion? he is suffering from severe chronic lung disease they have tested for pulmonary hypertension but so far he doesn't have it. he also has started a small amount of bottle feeding but no where near where he needs to be for him to go home other then a g tube do we have any options for that he has had a swallow test and it showed micro aspirations once he gets tired and is less coordinated. they have him on diuretics including lassix they keep trying to take him off it all together but every time they do that he gets fluid built up in his lungs and decreases needing extra support (c pap and sometimes si pap) I am just curious to see other Drs opinion's on the matter.
