Suggest Treatment For Severe Cold , Cough And Chest Pain

Hello doctor iam suffering from cold and cough along with severe pain in chest and back .....which is unbearable for me ..... also iam expecting since last month ... is it safe for me to take azax 250 ....or else kindly recommend me something ..which is not harmfull for my baby

I can understand your situation and problem.
Better not to take azithromycin because it is not 100% safe in pregnancy.
Better to take penicillin group of antibiotic like penicillin, cefixime etc.
Along with antibiotics also take antihistamine like levocetrizine and anti inflammatory drugs like paracetamol.
All these are safe in pregnancy.
Also drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated. Do warm water gargles 5-6 times a day.
All these will improve your symptoms with out affecting you and your baby.
