Suggest Treatment For Severe Constipation, Acidity And Intermittent Fever
Hii.. i am female , 23 year old. i am suffering from severe constipation and acidity problems from 1 year. i take cremaffin plus regularly for constipation from last 6 months. now i got fever 100 c from one week and last night 3 times vomiting also. have taken paracetamol , fever comes down temporarily, but again its there. please advice anything good for me.

I really appreciate your concern, better stop taking all the medicines and concentrate on diet like have more fiber diet, drink more water, keep the regular habit of going for defecation regardless whether it is need for it or not, sit there for while without exerting the force, for the hyperacidity "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Domperidone 30 mg " can be tried once in day, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
