Suggest Treatment For Severe Constipation And Abdominal Swelling

the e.r. told me im very constipated however it had only been a couple nof days since i had abowel movement and didnt feel bloated until thursday 7-14. when i woke up Friday i felt fine but after i got to worki started feeling my lower abdomin starting to swell again. thats when i went to e.r. they did uhrin,blood xrays and ekg because im also having light headedness. i have taken sinus and allergy meds with no relief i also got an adjustment this morning. when im sitting its not too bad but as soon as i start to do anything i feel pressure in my lower abdomin and my head starts spinning.

Hi welcome to health care magic....

Here you are having chronic constipation so abdominal swelling can be there ...
It can also lead headache....Also you are having allergy that can lead reffered headache. ..

USG abdomen done to look for organic cause leading to constipation...

If no organic cause there it could be functional constipation...

For that dulcolax tablet can be given ...

Drink more water ....

Avoid gas forming foods like onion , turnip , cabbage etc...

If still condition worsen than colonoscopy might needed ...
