Suggest Treatment For Severe Constipation And Burning Sensation In The Abdomen
I have cuts in anus from very hard bowels. Also have very high stomach acid. When I go to restroom the cuts open up and the acid causes severe pain and burning. Tried hemorrhoid wipes and creams. Also tried neosporin. Nothing works. Can I put baking soda on it to stop the acid burning?

You are having Gastritis, constipation and fissure ano.
So we have to deal simultaneously three together.
Try this medication will see.
Tab. Pan 40
tab. Dulcolax
Liquid Sucralfate.
Apply lidocaine cream or ointment around anal fissure before going to pass stool.
Review after 5 days.
