Suggest Treatment For Severe Constipation, Internal Piles With Rectal Prolapse

Doctor, I have severe constipation and when I apply pressure I can feel the internal rectum part coming out.I have taken test like colonoscopy and the results was internal piles with rectal prolapse. Currently I have been advised to take lactihep syrup and was asked to apply anti hermoroidal cream. But still I have the same problem. The protruding part is about 2cm-3cm. Should I do any surgery?? I have no pain while sitting. The rectum part comes out only when pressure is given or after I release the pressure it goes back inside. Can u tell me the diet for the whole day ie morning, afternoon and night so that I don t have any constipation.

Hi,

Constipation increases the severity of piles. Treatments for rectal prolapse usually involves a surgery, other treatments include various therapies for constipation including stool softeners.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
