Suggest Treatment For Severe Constipation While Having Hemorrhoids

Hi I have severe hemorrhoids and Fishers I have also been on Ultram for pain and now I am severely constipated I have tried stool softeners and laxatives such as Fleet laxative and Peri Colace stool softeners as well as suppositories and regular Fleet enemas and I have not been able to use the bathroom I can feel the hard piece of stool right on the edge trying to come out but it is almost like it s too big to come out and with all the Hemorrhoid is very painful I m not sure what else I can do to break up that stool to allow it to pass please help in anyway you can it is very hard to try to use the bathroom with the hemorrhoids because it is so painful it is also painful to use the suppositories and enemas.

Hi....
Accoding to your complain you have constipation problem that may be because of lack of fiber food intake or intestinal obstruction or some drugs side effect or thyroid problem.

Take a high fiber diet and avoid gaseous food like cabbage ,cauliflower and carbonated drinks.
Take a bulk forming agent like psyllium.
fruits like kiwi and peach help in digestion.
bowel habit training .
avoid excessive straining at toilet .
warm water sitz bath helpful for hemorroids.

After taking this much care still symptoms present than consult a gastroentrologist for further diagnosis.
barium abdominal x ray helpful to diagnose.
colonoscopy can done for furthrt diagnosis.
