Hi: I got curious today when I picked up my monthly supply of Zeitia. There was a note on the bag to speak with the druggist. I ve been on Zeitia for well over a year. I think it was the magic bullet, the worked with my gemfibrozil to being my trygylcerides down to the upper level of normal range. I can not tolerate statins in any form. Don t know what that fiber? type is. Anyway. I m also tanking metformin, bupropion, generic prozac, and lisinapril. Suppliments include D3, milk thistle, a fiber tab,and multi vitamin. I m working at pretty much staying on the healthy eating track. I pretty much limit my carbs to oatmeal (I mix in raisins, currents, or chopped prunes, a mix of sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, mixed nuts, cinnamon, and dark cocoa powder (for my chocolate fix, unsweetened of course) I include turmeric and black pepper in most of my cooking. Protien consists of eggs, beans (with an acid of some sort), cheeses, walnuts, pecans, almonds, and peanuts. I do eat quite a bit of vegetation, amtbe some nutritional yeast, a couple of other whole grains. (I can t stop eating bread, so I don t bring it in the house.) Is there something here that may be causing an issue? I do take a laxitive at least once a week, because of the constipation caused by the bupropion (better a laxative, than under the storm clouds that hung over me most of my life ( 68 yrs.).
