Suggest Treatment For Severe Cough After Having A Stuck Pill Inside Throat

I was swallowing a probiotic pill when it get stuck in the back of my throat. When I drank some water and tried to swallow it to get it down it felt like it went down the wrong way. I began coughing a lot but only bits of water no pill. How do I know if it went into the lung?

Well the only way to find out whether it is to get chest X ray done and I advise you get it done now only .

If cough is too much you can ask your doctor for a Cough suppressant syrup .
