Suggest Treatment For Severe Cough And Chest Pain

I work in a wood products area where saw dust floats regularly. Two years working there now I don t feel I have had any real problems while daily breathing in this dust. However, here in the last three weeks I have been dealing with chest pain (mostly thru full day), upper chest on both sides. While I have had chest pain like this on occasion, it never really lasted more than a day, or partial day. Both sides of chest have same chest pain... oh yea, it is not really start pain but kinda dull and continuous. Any idea what most likely would be the problem and how long should it be before really getting worried? Oh, and on occasion I have coughing attacks, though not thru day.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
from history it seems that this can be due professional hazards you might be having.
Due to constant inhaling wood dust since long might have deposited in the lungs might have caused this problem.
Consult pulmonologist and get examined and investigated like X-ray chest, complete blood checking.
After reports your doctor will go for treatment and advice.
Meanwhile wear nose mask while on work.
Ok and take care.
