hi...my husband has been thru MAJOR surgery LAST YEAR...prostate cancer...had the operation May 27th last year...has hip probs..knee probs....made it thru ALL THAT...walks with a can still... and has a constant cough..sniffing...NO COLD...just really annoying....is there something WRONG....he will NOT go to dr. for anything else ...will NOT EVEN take anything no pills NOTHING...not even an aspirin....he has a HEAD....BLAMES ME food smells etc candles....always MY FAULT...so annoying ...seriously...what is the coughing sniffing CONSTANTLY....really???
Coughing or sneezing may be due to viral Infection of the respiratory tract or in smokers may have bronchitis with a cough. Many other causes like acid reflux or asthma variant if a cough may present like this.
If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and take a chest x-ray, 2d echo. Then consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Suggest Treatment For Severe Cough And Cold
