Suggest Treatment For Severe Cough And Nasal Drip

I had a Decadron injection yesterday 8mg for a constant cough and nasal drip. I have had this before and usually feel great 4 hours later. Day 2 and I am still struggling. Is it safe to get another injection today and should that decadron maybe have come with another injection with it like Kenalog? First time ever this did not help me. Just confused if they gave me correct dosage and combination.

you should not use steroids for cogh and cold unless it is associated with asthma attack, so it is simple allergic rhinitis or viral upper respiratory infection , use some anti histamine and nasal drops and steam inhalation daily 6 times a day
