Suggest Treatment For Severe Cough And Vomiting

I'm a 57-year-old female who has been experiencing cold symptoms for 3 weeks now... initially clear nasal discharge, post nasal drip & coughing. Once, during the 1st week, while coughing I had an incident of projectile vomiting. Just now (3rd week), this occurred again - coughing accompanied by an incident of projectile vomiting. For the most part, I don't feel unwell, it's just that the coughing is annoying & the unexpected vomiting is disconcerting.

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to bronchitis.
Cough can cause vomiting.
So main aim is treatment of cough.
You can take following advises for cough:
Take Cough syrup containing guaifenesin and dextromethorphan (Q tussin CF): 10 ml three times a day
- Tablet ondensetrone
-Drink plenty of lukewarm water
-Steam inhalation 3-4 times a day
-Strepsil throat lozenges (neem and honey flavor):take every 3 hourly
-Avoid cold beverages and exposure to pollutants
