Suggest Treatment For Severe Cough In A Child

Hi, my 32 mth kid is having fr dry to wet cough. Especially late midnight she cough with phlegm. Is it alright to take Dhatalin with Bembec or Rhinathiol with Bembec? I m running out of Dhatalin and clinics are closed for next 2-3 days of public holiday.

Cough in the midnight and in the early morning indicates allergic thing.U can give Maxtra- sy r up for ur baby as3 ml thrice a day along with asthalin syrup for 3-5 days TID.Hope it may help ur baby.
