Suggest Treatment For Severe Cough In A Person With Laryngeal Sensory Neuropathy

My wife suffers from laryngeal Sensory Neuropathy after a TBI 2 1/2 years ago that required 2 brain surgeries. She coughs more than 50 times per hour at night some times. She has had testing with no pathology found and has seen a neurologist that said that it may just get better with time. We just don t where to go next.
