Suggest Treatment For Severe Cough, Runny Nose And Fever
I ve been sick for over two weeks. It started with a cough, then runny nose, then a fever for two days. That went away and I could barely talk from coughing so much, then I got mostly better but the cough stayed. A few times now I ve coughed so hard that I puke. I want to onow what it is and how to make it go away. I don t have a doctor.

Need not to worry. I would suggest you to
- Avoid use of spicy, sharp oily and fried food substances.
- Apply mist humidifiers in room.
- Take throat soothing agents.
- Do warm saline rinses 3-4 times a day and avoid cold carbonated beverages.
Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined and get X-ray chest done so as to detect level of infection and treatment can be started accordingly. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics along with antiinflammatory medication combination.
