My son is 5 10 weighs about 250. He was diagnosed with bronchitis. He is coughing so hard that he has ruptured blood vessels in his eyes and passing out. Last night he passed out and hit his head on concrete driveway. When he came to and stood up blood came pouring out of his nose. He passed out again this morning in the shower. General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms seem to be related to bronchitis.
I recommend to take antibiotics to treat the infection .
I also suggest to use cough suppressant to treat the cough.
If you have already taken antibiotics, you should wait at least 48 hours for antibiotics to start giving effects.
If you don't see any improvements, you should go at the emergency room for further evaluation.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
