Suggest Treatment For Severe Cough While Suffering From Allergy

Dear Sir, I have been suffering from cold allergy for a long time but didn t get permanent solution for it, whenever I get back to my home after long walk or sit constantly in air contioned or cold weather suddenly inside my body cough start building up, I had to remove this either by taking medication, steam or home procedure but still no permament solution..Requesting to please advise/rekon it is pretty much bothering me in my day to day routine.

You might have allergy to dusts, smoke, animal dander, cold and pollen. The permanent treatment of allergy is avoidance of allergens. There is no medicine which permanently allergy. You have to identify those allergens and try to avoid them. Allergens test is available in some select laboratories. Find out those laboratories nearby your area and get tested for allergens.
Advice
1.     Levocetirizine 5 mg daily per oral for 5 days
2.     Albendazole 400 mg per oral at bed time for 3 days
3.     Do gargle with slight warm salt water four times daily
4.     Avoid dust, smoking, alcohol, dry & cold environment and spicy food
5.     Use face mask whilst in outdoor
6.     Avoid using air condition
7.     Investigation
a.     allergens test
b.     total & differential count of WBC
