Suggest Treatment For Severe Cough

Dear doctor ..I am suffering from severe cough and either a runny or a blocked nose constantly for the past four days . I was taking cephron and cetrizine .. but no use There is no temperature ..The cough was dry .. now there is a slight flem .could you please guide .. thanks

Hi,
I understand your concern.
You seem to suffer from allergic cold & cough.
I would advise,
- blood TLC/DLC
-X ray chest
This is usually to be followed by antibiotic, anti allergics, & diethylcarbazamine tablets,/ mast cellsblockers & Cough syrup as per findings of investigations.
A Physician's guidance is recommended for proper & specific treatment.
- Special testing for allergy detection & treatment to remove allergy by
desensatization is avialable
