Suggest Treatment For Severe Cough
My husband has been coughing non stop . Has been off work two weeks .very drained had mouth thrush ,double lung infection.had two different anti biotic mouth wash for thrush I I took him to hospital as the moth sores he had was so painful That s better now but I think he has whooping cough

The cough is protective and reflex mechanism in respiratory tract infection. It might be whopping cough or lung infection like pneumonia. For severe cough, dextromethorphan or levodropropizine containing syrup can be prescribed. Give him vitamin C lozenges as well.
