General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Is the hair loss is in patches format? Are you diabetic? I suggest you to use Ketaconazole shampoo once in a week for 1 month. Apply fenugreek seeds powder with aloe vera gel as scalp mask for 2 days in a week with good scalp massage as this improve your blood circulation to scalp. If symptoms didn't reduce then consult a dermatologist for further diagnosis and treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Indhu Priyadharshini, General & Family Physician
