Suggest Treatment For Severe Depression, Anxiety And Habit Of Self Harm In A Teenager

my friend and i are both teens and both have had diagnosed depression and anxiety for multiple years. while both of our cases are severe, i do not self-harm while she does. she has been in and out of the hospital for multiple things and things from her past have contributed to her poor situation today. i recently discovered that, after a recent hospital visit, all of her belongings being taken away by her parents, she continues to cut and has begun smoking. i knew about her depression and anxiety but not that she has continued cutting or smoking. i confronted her about these things in the nicest way i could, but she grew cold and said that this is why she didnt tell me, if she tells her parents that she will get everything taken away again, and she d rather be depressed than fake (just pretending to smile, etc). i told her that i love her so much and it hurts me that she s doing this, but she has shut down a lot. a long time ago, she told my parents about my depression, and that is starting to look up. i had been pissed at first, but am beginning to be glad that i got help. i feel that this is a similar situation, but she is very mad at me and i fear that we have lost our friendship and i fear for her-she has lots of experience hiding her feelings and habits now. none of her other friends know about the new things. what can i do to help her because i dont want to lose my friend emotionally and literally
