Suggest Treatment For Severe Depression In A Heart Patient

Hi! I suffer from severe depression. Have been o pn Wellbutrin for my weight & Tranxens which calms me down when I get upset. Been on Brintelix for 3 months & at first thought it was working now it is not. I have no motivation what so ever & all I want to do is sleep. Everyone says make yourself get up & do things easier for them to say they don t have severe feeling but I just don t want to or feel like it!!! I am not myself at all because my son asked me to keep my grandson & I lied & said I was sick!!!!!!! have tried Effexor, made me crazy & Cymbalta which didn t work. Been to therapy & pyschiatrist & it didn t help. Want my old self back & feel good & want to go & do things k have motivation!!! Can t stand this feeling!!! Is there another prescription you can recommend or something that will help me? I am on BP & a Beta Blocker because one of my valves was blocked 50%, no stent put in just those 2 pills, low cholesterol & sodium diet & exercise. I am 61 years old & a teacher& live alone but both my sons & their wives just live abiut 300 ft & 600 ft from me. Thank you very much!!!!! Helen
