Hi I am a 51yo female with Bi-polar Depression but in the last few yeaars have had a few manic episodes of being very high and then crashing and now I am literally running on fumes. I had 7 days with no sleep . Literally up all day and night the 8th day I slept from 2pm til 4:30 and now I am back not sleeping again and I am literally exhausted . I am on 400 of Seroquel 10 of Mirtazapine 1 mg of Ativan and they just started me on 5 mg of saphras. I started ECT treatments 4 years ago and only had a week and a half of them because I did not know I was going to be inpatient for this . I could not stand being Inpatinent and doing this. I now want to go through the whole treatment process and want to find the best Dr. near me to do that . Could you help me please? I am from the Lowville area. I do not want to go up North .
