General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You may need to have your thyroid checked to make sure it functions well. TSH and FT4 are the main tests to be ordered.
If these are normal then you may get treatment for depression such as sertraline or citalopram and these may help with the migraine prevention as well.

You may benefit from counseling (psychotherapy) to help you control anxiety and be able to go out more often and visit family and friends.

I hope this answers your query. I remain at your disposal in case further medical assistance is needed.

Regards,
