i am somebody who is on psyche medication because of severe depression when i lost my dad in 1996.I have been stable for a while now.My supervisor is bullying me.I have started getting migraines and i could feel my heart jump whenever i see her.I cannot work with her.I am going to see my doctor today or at the earliest appointment.I don t want to loose my job.What should i do?
Depression is managed easily with proper medication, exercises, yoga, pranayama and good group therapy. Initially it's little difficult but with good family members support. Person can come out of the problem.
