Suggest Treatment For Severe Depression

on top of all my college studies problems , my dog passed away today and I can t help but feel so alone right now , i can t eat i dont want to talk to anyone i keep rejecting all my calls and messages ! i am extremely depressed and i am afraid i might hurt myself ! what do I do ? i m scared and very sad
