It looks like you are presently not staying with your husband. It's okay for the time being, you need to give time to yourself since you are already in
depression.
In my opinion do not get emotional, maintain cool & control yourself. I know it is difficult but that's the need of the hour.
You are suggested to first get well. Consult a Counselor or a
Psychiatrist if you are unable to maintain cool by yourself, medicines will help you do it.
You may require few antidepressants or anti
anxiety medications for a short period of time. Always take medicines under a GP.
If you think or feel that your husband will leave you and marry someone else because your husband with his parents blame you for everything then you should stay strong.
Get physically & mentally fit, take your sweet time. Get financially independent. When you are comfortable you can get back to him but stay strong.
Do not crave for respect rather care for yourself, your personality & your looks matters.
Take adequate rest, eat nutritious food, do things that you like music, reading books, dancing, chatting with friends, gardening, cooking, etc.
Switch to healthy lifestyle, think positive & stay cheerful. Life is not a bed of roses difficulties will be there, learn to face it. Look for better opportunities.
