My syster right is under high depression,she listens tv at high volume,sometime cry continuously some time laugh continuosly,actually we are 3 sisters,and me nd my younger sister moved out of town for studies and job but she was not that good in studies so my dad preferred her studying in my home town itself but now she is very much depressed and tells my parents that they have not given much opportunities to her..dun know wat to do for her...could anyone help on this..
