Hello,
Your symptoms are suggestive of
gastroenteritis, you should get stool examination (C/S & R/E) done. You should visit ER at the earliest. Get clinically examined, your treating doctor may do barium X-Ray, CT, MRI along with other blood tests (LFT, Widal CBC, etc). Avoid taking oily food, take bland food (porridge, custard, oats) in small amounts. Take antacids, PPI's for relief. For stomach ache take Spasmol (
Spasmoproxyvon), one sos when needed. Take antidiarrheals (
Loperamide -
Imodium) and water, ORS / Electrol to stay well hydrated. Other medical conditions that can cause similar symptoms are
typhoid, liver dysfunction, piles / hemorrhoids. Get diagnosed & treated at the earliest.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
