Suggest Treatment For Severe Diarrhea And Bleeding Hemorrhoids

I usually have diareah every day but something has changed in the last 4 days I have gone to the bathroom so much now I have a bleeding hemorrid and when I sit down to urinate I feel like I have to have a BM but nothing comes out but blood my stomach also has cramps then I am so tired

immediate thing comes into my mind is very significant hemorrhoidal bleeding make you go to the toilet very often which is in turn causing pain.

Blood is very irritant, when it is at wrong spot like in the rectum it makes you have a BM so quick as body want to get rid of it soon.

Please do to the nearest ED soon.
