Suggest Treatment For Severe Diarrhea

I have had diarrhea for 6 months now. I have no health insurance, and I can t afford a doctor, but I ve done my research, and seen that nocturnal diarrhea is the most problematic, and I have to take 2-4 loperamide pills just to sleep. During the day, I still suffer, but less frequently. I have an RA dx, possible Lupus markers, but this is a new development. I take no meds, except Advil, for pain. Please help.

Well come to HCM
Passing a stool 3 to 4 time in day could be normal one, this should not be too watery that could cause the dehydration, else this is nothing to worry, more over taking lopramide is highly dangerous because this could cause paralytic ileus, in my opinion stop taking all the medicine and take this condition normally, with the time the frequency of passing the stool could be reduced, hope this information helps.
