Suggest Treatment For Severe Diarrhoea

I am a sicle cell SS patient, and I have had severe diarrhea since yesterday morning, it is loose with a dark gravy looking, pasty texture. I have even went in my sleep twice, I thought me placing one of my Son's diaper in place would catch it but it didn't. I have been trying to keep myself hydrated with water, an Powerade. I have also had body aches that are not consistent to a sickle cell pain crisis. I have been short of breath, I have not had the strength to take my physical temp, but I have been extremely hot, then go to extremely cold, an I wake up with night sweats, an my clothes are cold an wet. I have not had any energy, which makes it hard to even get out of bed, let along grabbing something to drink, an attempting to change my bed clothes.
