Hi I am 37 female I feel extremely dizzy upon waking I get frequent headaches I have a lot of back and neck pain.i am a cna so it s most likely the job causing back pain I do stretching and yoga to help. Lately I feel very tired and my dizzy spells are more often. Could it be stress. I got blood tests done 6 months ago they came back normal not sure if it s stress or inner ear or if other tests need to be done.currently taking adderall 10mg a day been on and off for 10 years .thank you for your help in advance
