Suggest Treatment For Severe Dizziness

i recently had an episode of extreme dizziness following a 3-4 hours of lawn work in high heat and humidity. I drank about 24 ounces of water while working. When I came into house I felt fine, ate supper, took a shower. During shower I got very dizzy. After shower I get sick and couldn t keep anything down for rest of night. The following morning I was still dizzy and couldn t keep anything down. I went to emergency anf got 2 liters of iv fluids. Then I felt better. But it has been a couple of weeks and I still feel light headed part of the time especially if I look at computer or mow lawn.
