Suggest Treatment For Severe Dizziness

Hi doc ... i felt dizzy two day ago and my whole room revolving . My doc do some mounovres and turning my head in different positions and gave me stugeron tablets ... i was instructed to keep my head up and use the tablets three times a day .....after three days im still not feeling ok.How long does this take ? tsolomons36@gmail .com

I can understand your concern.
You are still having dizziness even after 3 days treatment of sturgeron.
So we should definitely rule out systemic causes like electrolyte disturbances, brain disease, inner and middle ear diseases etc.
So consult doctor and get done serum sodium, potassium levels and MRI brain.
Treatment is based on cause.
So first diagnose and then start appropriate treatment.
