Suggest Treatment For Severe Ear Pain And High Sensitivity To Noise

Hi, my tube recently fell out and my ear started hurting today. I ended up putting peroxide in the same ear to clean the external ear of wax before putting ear drops in and now I am in excrutiating pain in my middle ear. There is no close ER or ENT nearby where I am vacationing at. The pain is highly sensitive to noise and sends pain in my ear every few seconds. Any suggestions??

I really appreciate your concern, ear examination is the only option else this can be managed with oral analgesic medicine because without knowing anything about the ear condition no ear drop will be used, hope this information helps, take care and have nice day.
