Suggest Treatment For Severe Ear Pain While Having Sinus Infection

I am in terrible pain with my ear I currently have a sinus infection and I am on augmenting duo. I am on holiday in London and flying back to Australia in 4 days . I have not slept for 2 days . Should I get my ear drum drilled ? Would that enable me to fly home ?

Thanks for writing to Health Care magic, I am Dr , Muhammad Ahmad , I have read your question closely, I understand your concern and will be helping you with your health related problem.

Usually there is ear pain during sinusitis when one has blocked Eustachian tubes,(tube connecting ear and pharynx) get blocked. You can try a few thins in this matter.
1) Take a good painkiller like ibuprofen of Tylenol.
2) Take oral decongestant like Alegra-D
3) Take an OTC anti Histamine.
4) Take steam inhalation thrice a day .
5) You can try doing Valsalva too.

I am quite positive that following these instructions will release tension and pressure in your sinuses.
