Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You can apply hot and cold water packs alternately to relieve inflammation of your elbow. You can take painkillers like cipzox or flexon for few days. Give your arm rest for few days. Apply a crepe bandage for support. Apply local anti-inflammatory gel like volini or moov. Soft tissue and ligament injury also take 2 to 3 weeks or more to heal naturally, and therefore be patient and take care.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Manisha Roy
